Just from looking at the Agera, one can see that it is an evolution of the old CCX, but it is also enough of an evolution that it was deemed worthy of its own model name. There is a new Koenigsegg-developed engine that produces a terrifying amount of power and is also very lightweight, thanks to use aluminum as well as carbon fiber for the intake manifold. Acceleration numbers are only just below those of the fastest cars in the world.
