And the tour starts at the Monterey Car Week.

Bizzarrini has been working hard, finishing and delivering 5300 GT Corsa Revival race cars to discerning owners worldwide. The newest vehicle is the first to be finished in a striking shade of yellow as opposed to the Rosso Corsa red that previous models were finished in.

Every bit as beautiful, the vehicle will arrive here in the US just in time for Monterey Car Week starting August 18. It will be joined by a red sister vehicle after successfully competing at the Spa Classic.

Meant to be a prominent display of the brand's design prowess, the two cars will join over a dozen other high-end reveals like the Koenigsegg Gemera and McLaren 750S at events like the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion and The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.

After Monterey, the two vehicles will travel across the US on an 8,000-mile journey through 18 states to show off what the revival of the Bizzarrini brand truly means while drumming up excitement for its next big project.

"With over 18 months of detailed analysis utilizing original engineering drawings and sourcing many original components, the team has created the most authentic recreation of the iconic 5300 GT Corsa," said Julian Jenkins, Bizzarrini's chief commercial officer. "Our upcoming tour offers an opportunity to celebrate the life of Giotto Bizzarrini and his unparalleled contribution to the Automotive world, as well as showcasing the 5300 GT Corsa Revival and the exciting plans for our future Hyper GT - The Giotto."

As the Revival series is meant to be an authentic recreation of the 5300 GT that won its class at Le Mans in 1965, its planned upcoming Hypercar is intended to be something wholly new, continuing the enduring legacy of the brand's founder, Giotto Bizzarrini, who passed away earlier this year at the impressive age of 96.

Bizzarrini plans on producing a hand-built hypercar powered by a naturally aspirated V12, a direct homage to the iconic Lamborghini V12 Giotto Bizzarrini created for the 350 GT all those decades ago. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission will handle the shifting duties, and Giugiaro will style the body.

If things go according to plan, it will start testing next year, and we should see the first examples in the second half of the decade.
