Pink Widebody BMW M4 Is A Tad Too Late For The Barbie Movie

Tuning / 12 Comments

Since no performance upgrades are expected, the car should still make 503 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque.

Pink may not be everyone's first choice for their cars, but the color does demand some attention, and this BMW M4 is no exception. The car is a bit too late for the Barbie movie, but the crazy widebody modifications make it worthy of a closer look.

You'd be wrong if you think this modification is from Mansory. It's done by DarwinPRO Aerodynamics, a tuning firm specializing in extreme body kits like the ones in the M4. Unfortunately, the company didn't disclose the story behind this striking wrap hue, which a customer likely requested.

What we do know is the pricing for some of the kits. The performance hood is available for $2,500, which adds carbon fiber trimmings for a sleeker finish. Below are the amber daytime running lights (DRLs), reminiscent of the ones in the BMW M4 CSL, a more performance-oriented version that set a new record at the Nurburgring a few weeks ago.

Another kit in the pink M4 and for other cars is the carbon fiber wing, priced at $2,150. The wing has a unique two-layered design, with the upper section split in half. The sharp-looking end plates also add aesthetic to the finish, giving the car downforce and more appeal.

No interior shots were posted, but the company does offer carbon fiber seat back covers for $1,190.

As a self-proclaimed "Luxury Automotive Carbon Fiber Parts & Body Kits," we're inclined to assume that no modifications are done to enhance the Bimmer coupe's performance. The social media hashtags read M4 Competition, which means it should make 503 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque from the brand's 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six S58 mill - the same one found in the M2.

If you fancy the pink M4, contact DarwinPRO Aerodynamics for a similar commission. It also builds exotic cars, such as the Senna GTR-looking McLaren 720S.
