The hatchback form of the Versa is intended to be the nicer of the two, and therefore comes with a better base engine, more interior options and a higher price tag. Despite this bigger engine, it still isn’t exactly the most exciting car in this segment to drive, although it is up against such heavyweights as the Ford Fiesta and the Honda Fit. What it might lack in driving excitement, it makes up for in interior refinements and value for money. Interior space is also at the top of the class, a very good thing, since city car owners will occasionally have to squeeze every available inch of space out of their car
