Widebody Cadillac Escalade By Larte Design Has The Walk To Match The Talk

Tuning / 8 Comments

It'll fit on the regular Escalade and Escalade ESV, as well as the Escalade-V.

Larte Design has revealed a carbon fiber widebody kit that finally gives the Cadillac Escalade the looks to match its muscle. Dubbed the Esthete body kit, it's a complete nine-piece package that will fit on any current-generation Escalade model.

Each of the nine pieces is handcrafted by Larte Design's master fabricators to enhance the Escalade and give it a visual presence that surpasses even the more aggressive Escalade-V's factory enhancements while remaining true to the American styling of the hulking mega-SUV.

Included in the Esthete kit is a proprietary radiator grille finished with the Larte shield logo, a new front bumper trim housing LED fog lights, a powerful-looking new hood, wheel arch extensions, and an "American-style" diffuser with paired exhaust tips that can accommodate a tow hitch.

The diffuser itself comprises three pieces that mount to factory install points, and the exhaust tips mount to the bumper with a specially designed bracket to guarantee fit and placement.

You can check it out in the video below and see other projects on Larte Design's Instagram page.

An intricately designed rooftop spoiler replaces the stock element, and the tailgate also receives the Larte shield. Additional accessories are available, including carbon moldings for the doors and wing mirror housings.

The kit is finished with a set of lightweight and durable 24-inch forged alloy wheels that fill the widened wheel arches and amplify the design. Buys can also opt for other wheels ranging in size from 22-24 inches.

Best of all, every component is a direct swap for the factory item, using factory mounting points and backing design to ensure perfect fitment. The inside of the hood, for example, is a perfect match to the factory item to ensure identical clearances for the mechanical elements inside the engine bay. Even the Super Cruise hands-free driving functionality is unimpaired, as the front-facing camera fits perfectly into the new grille in its original position.

The only item that doesn't use factory mounting points is the eight-part wheel extension kit.

Every component in this kit uses German TUV-certified materials to ensure the quality and durability is a cut above anything else on the market.

The Esthete kit has been developed with multiple models in mind. In addition to its perfect fitment on the standard Escalade, it can also be applied to the 628-horsepower supercharged Escalade-V or the long-wheelbase Escalade ESV.

As for the materials themselves, buyers can choose between a basalt fiber-based composite - which can either be painted to match the body or finished in gloss black - or a premium 100% carbon fiber variant. At current exchange rates, this premium package costs approximately $39,000, while the basalt composite kit costs around $27,000.

The 24-inch wheels you see here carry an asking price of 10,460 euros (~$11,200). Parts can also be ordered individually to create a custom look that suits your style, and with a sales office in California, they can be shipped to your door.
